Anna is an experienced intellectual property attorney with over 17 years of experience in the field. Though her career has focused on patent procurement, Anna also has experiences in other areas, including intellectual property agreements (NDAs, joint development agreements, and non-competes), trade secret protection, trademarks, and post-grant proceedings.
Patent Examiner
Anna began her career as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and worked there while she attended law school part-time. She leverages the knowledge acquired and relationships built during her time there when working with current patent examiners to procure quality patents for clients.
In-House Counsel
For almost six years, Anna worked as Associate General Counsel for a leading global high technology company. From this experience, she understands and has experience addressing the non-legal considerations that affect decision-making when it comes to a client’s patent portfolio. Anna is successful at crafting solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
