Gilman and Caro-Esposito Contribute Chapter on Intellectual Property to New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure

In the 2025 New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure published by ALM Law.com, Lerner David’s Keith Gilman and Daniela Caro-Esposito are the authors of Chapter 26, Special Consideration in Cases Involving Intellectual Property.
