Hideto Iida is a senior patent engineer experienced in patent prosecution in the mechanical and electrical arts. He also facilitates English/Japanese communications between attorneys and Japanese clients, and assists in the operations of the firm’s office in Tokyo.
Before joining the firm, he worked in the intellectual property division of a Japanese company which manufactures computer peripheral devices. During his career at this company, he was in charge of discovering inventions, patent prosecutions, patent invalidation research, patent licensing and patent litigations which includes wireless communications technology.
His career in the IP field began at a foreign division of a Japanese patent law firm.
