Matthew A. Korwin

Matt primarily focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical arts.

During law school, Matt served as the Co-President of Seton Hall’s Intellectual Property Law Association and placed as an Eastern region finalist in the USPTO’s National Patent Application Drafting Competition which had more than sixty teams overall. His legal experience includes working at a patent prosecution firm helping start-ups grow their IP portfolios, personal injury, and criminal defense.

Prior to law school, Matt studied mechanical engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. During his undergraduate studies, Matt had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of engineering fields. The experiences included working at a municipal water treatment plant, hospital, real estate developer, and surveyor.

Matt is fluent in Polish and in his spare time, you will find him enjoying the outdoors or supporting his favorite hockey team, the New Jersey Devils.
